Answer: If we visit your property to look at an appliance and we have the part on our van, we will give you a quote to repair it, this quote will be cost of the part plus labour and that is what you will pay should we go ahead. If we don’t carry the part we will quote the total cost of the repair and ask for a £30.00 call out charge, this is then deducted from the cost of the repair should you go ahead with the repair, if we quote the job and you do not want to go ahead, we will ask for a £30.00 call out charge.
